When Will Items Be Shipped
Items are shipped within the next two business days of purchase. I currently have a job and go to school, so it is a little difficult to ship it the day of purchase. I do not ship items on the weekends, not only is the post office not open on Sunday's, but I work Saturday's and they are only open till 1 giving me no time to get there at all.

Where Will We Ship Items and From Where
All items are shipped from Western New York. I will ship items anywhere in the world. It is the same price as shipping to anywhere in the USA because I charge a flat rate. I also allow a pick up feature, so if you live right near me, you can just stop by and pick it up! Please ask me first though before you purchase.

What Is The Flat Rate
Here is the chart for how much your shipping will cost:
Anything up to $5: You will be charged $3.00 for shipping
Up to $10: $5.00 for shipping
Up to $25: $7.50 for shipping
Up to $50: $10.00 for shipping
Up to $100: $25.00 for shipping
Up to $1000: 7% of the total price for shipping

Why Are The Shipping Prices That Price
Everything is more expensive these days, this is what is in the shipping fee: Actual shipping cost + gas to get to the post office + packaging supplies (I know, it sucks, but it's not free! Don't worry you're not paying for the stickers!).

How Are Items Packaged + Shipped
Every package is treated with the utmost care, I adore making the packages look cute too so if you get one in the mail with tons of stickers don't act surprised! I use bubble wrap for fragile items, tissue paper for all the looks, and lots of tape. I ship most items by First Class, anywhere in the USA will get by First Class VERY fast, sometimes it can take a little longer during busier months (holidays in perticular) but otherwise it will take about 3-4 business days. I also will ship by priority if the package is too heavy, sometimes you're getting a deal out of this because it can be very costly but the supplies are free with the priority mailers they have. If you want your item shipped a specific way feel free to email me and request. You can also make sure you get your item on priority mail by upgrading, and upgrade can be bought through our store and found under the Shipping & Insurance menu.

Insurance
I do not add insurance onto any order unless payed for. You can buy insurance right off our website, it is an extra $1.55. Your item will have a tracking code and I will provide you with it once I have shipped out the item.

Gift Wrap
One of my most favorite things, I love gift wrapping packages, so if you need your item wrapped for any occasion, just purchase the $4.00 gift wrap option under the Shipping & Insurance menu on our shop.

Returns
I am sorry to inform you but there are no returns, if there is a problem with the item you purchased or it is not what you purchased, feel free to email me and we will solve the issue (email!). I make sure everything is safely packaged but accidents happen, and if there is a defect in your purchase I can help you out there as well.

Privacy
All information regarding your address, name, or any other personal information will not be seen by any other third-parties. I (Katie Gariepy) am the only other person besides yourself who sees the information. It is all kept under password through the shopping cart system I use and will not be leaked out or given away. I will not use any of your information or give out your email to anyone.
